Hey Guys,

Recently purchased 2x Rockford Fosgate Circuit Breakers, however they are labelled IN and OUT on the terminals.

Can some one confirm if they HAVE to be connected this way, or it doesn't matter?

ie; using out for the in, and the in for out

Cheers :)

Jared

I'm under the assumption that they labelled the IN & OUT for a reason, and should be connected this way.

the cable from your battery will connect to the IN point, while the cable going to your distribution block/amps would connect to the OUT point.

I thought they might have just been labelled in-case people got stumped during install.

Nope, in the case of the circuit breakers, connect them the labelled way. It's to do with the way it senses current.
