Hi there,

I need to machine a rebate into the outside of a round hole in 16mm particleboard to flush-mount a mesh grille.

I don't have a router and am trying to avoid spending a $100 or so on a tool I will never use again.

Is there anyone in Melbourne who would be prepared to help me out for a 6 pack of your favourite, or something else?

I imagine it'd take about 10 minutes of your time. Thanks for considering!

I'm constantly on the tools most weekends, and I've gotta router out some spacers anyway for a fellow member on MEA.

I'm in Mill Park, so you're more than welcome to message me anytime to tee something up :)

If you wanna know what I'm like on the router... have a look at me in action here ;)

Hi Tiger,

Thanks for your prompt reply and generous offer. As I was knocking the rear deck together on the weekend I actually came up with a different idea which has worked well so far. Seems like I may not need your help after all, but thanks anyway!

Cheers,
