Mobile Electronics Australia supports and encourages the formation of teams comprising members sharing a common interest in competition, whether it be SQ, SPL or both.
In order to have your very own team sub-forum hosted on MEA, you must form a team comprising at least 8 members who display their team name via their signature.
Team members can be local or interstate and your team sub-forum must remain active. Any subforum without a post in more than 3 months will be considered inactive and may be removed.
Just a couple of considerations, Team's can be absolutely anything, providing that the name is not offensive to any business or individual. Retail store based teams are encouraged, but only for those supporting stores of MEA for obvious commercial reasons. We're sure this is understandable.
Remember, your conduct on the forums and at events reflects not only your team, but also Mobile Electronics Australia. As always, anti-social or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated as this reflects badly on all involved.
We encourage team merchandise and a team showing at events. This may include grouping your vehicles together, team merchandise and so on. There may in the future be awards for best team presence, results or similar.
Finally, it would be encouraged that you show loyalty to MEA as an organisation and club and help promote the organisation by including a non-imposing website URL to MEA within your team logo and on your competition vehicles.
