Just a thought...the poster/advert..if it could or does just have mea sq/spl event advertised and if it's at say autobarn to have that less obvious so that store(car audio retailers can advertise event without advertising oppositon as such......just a thought..

ima say the nsw event today was awsome, so far i prefered it over db drags, alot less tension more fun, and some big ground pounders..

best way tho imo is advertise at shops. tell shops send kids down see if they can win..besides people always goin in and out of shops, it may help.

I think to start with there should be a 3rd place winner.. Even if its a small prize too (lollies) but that will keep people saying that at least they got something through out the comp even if we have to increase the entry fee by $5 I guess u will have more participant

Well, there was a reason why the 3rd place was put on the podium initially, so now that the sport is growing, it shouldn't be TOO far off that there'll be a recognised 3rd place The BB team will probably look into that more.

With the amount of Street B's at Traralgon you could do a 9th place = 1lollie.. xD

I'll be the 10th Street B competitor soon hahaha, and I can think of about 10 friends who would fall into Street A -> Intermediate B categories, so think all we need is to keep spreading the word. I'd be happy to have some sort of flyer put at my local Uni & something on my car. TBH, i'd compete for lollies too

In a sedan though buddy, there's something about the impossibility of SPL in a sedan that attracts me. Sure I could sink $5k of gear in a hatch and have my 150dB, but wheres the fun in that? I want an impractical journey where I can learn about getting the most out of my enclosures. Me and my delicious new DD's will still rattle a few cages in the coming months.

Remember 1 thing though .. you are not burping you playing music.. . so even if you come with 2 dd's it will be very hard to get the 150 NOT impossible though. just dont think that dropping a box with 2 dd's and a big amp will get you 150+ IN A SEDAN..
