Could have sworn there was a topic on this already, but eh.

So, ladies and gents, What do you have planned to do to your ride? be it looks, sound, or performance. What have you got planned?

Me?
buy the following:
-Center gear/ handbrake surround thing
-Crackless grill
-4x100 hub conversion
-Globe conversion for car
-bigger alternator
-bigger battery
-newer/ better radiator

Install the above.
get the following done:
-big 3
-sub box made
-amp mounted
-paint the stockies gloss black
-buy some chrome dress rings and install them
-touch up the chrome on a few bits of the car

but yeah, if the mods don't like me making a new thread about it (cause I'm fairly sure there is one already) then if they could move it, that'd be great :D (unless you'd prefer a new one to a necro'd one)

Cheers and kgo

I'll join in although I haven't got mine yet...
I want to do the following to my vy commodore (when I get it):
*Put nice rims on it
*lower it
*cam it
*put high ratio rockets in it
*put an exhaust on it
*small audio upgrade (head unit, speakers)
*s pac front bumper with foglights
*remote start
*small interior upgrades (silver plastic insert thingos on steering wheel etc)

I think that's it. It's a fairly expensive list but that's the joys of working full time at 16 with only a phone bill to pay.
Cheers, Tristan.

New rear tires

Wheel alignment
Get the front end repaired from the rabbit damage
Get front bumper and bonnet painted because the guy who did it last is a moron

Audio:
Hertz HSK 165 splits (active)
PDX 4.100
PDX 1.1000
P80RS (maybe)
Hertz HX300D x 2
Sound deadening
Wiring etc.
Build a sub box and put that in
Big 3 upgrade

Probably more, too tired for this being awake business

So, This sunday I'm picking up a honda city turbo1 motor from a guy in hobart, along with the other stuffs up above...

$150 for the motor, gearbox, exhaust, all manifolds, intercooler (I think), turbo and such.
he also wants to offload his brakes to me for $25 xD Thinking I'll just upgrade the fronts to prelude or something rotors and callipers. Should give me some better braking :D

as for plans:
-Get engine
-Rebuild engine/ make sure it's not going to die on me any time soon/ check clutch and everything.
-Take out old engine
-Clean and possibly respray engine bay
-Fit in intercooler and stuff
-Put rebuilt t1 motor into the engine bay
-Wire it all up
-Test drive.
-Dyno (maybe)
-Tune
-Dyno
-New exhaust

Then It's all the way to saving up for coilovers which apparently bc racing makes now :D I'm so keen. going to get me some of them, drop the car, and love life. ^^
then,
-Mags
-Recrome all chrome bits
-Respray outside

Lots to do with it. Hoping the car won't be off the road for too long :s I'll try to get it all done in a few days, and either use the missus' car, or borrow my brothers for that time :D

Ohh wow they are a 4cyl, I always thought they were a 3cyl engine. With 80Kw the little Civic would be fun but with a bit more boost and a tune it would be awesome.

I hope my car burns to the ground, I won't even claim insurance, I just hope it burns, stupid POS.

Yeah, I have a 1500cc 4pot in it at the moment, has a whopping 35kw or so in it, and I'm going to swap it out for the 1200cc turbo motor which pushes out about 85~kw... 110hp or so. I've been told it can handle up to 9psi... so I'm a little worried about what he's pushed through it... if it turns out the motor is screwed, I'll just see what I can do to make the 1500 turbo >:D

Audio stuff I have ready to install:
- Absorbed Power GT12-75C battery
- Clarion HX-D2
- Tru Tech T 2.100 amps x3
- Dynaudio System 342 (to be hooked up active)

Audio stuff to buy:
- Subwoofer and amp, probably Dyn and Tru Tech
- Canare RCA cables with Canare true 75ohm RCA plugs.
- Lots of fat power cable (good thing I work at a welder repair shop. :D )

As for performance to come:
- Fully built (forged, ceramic coated, titanium, etc etc) twinscrew supercharged, water intercooled, 4AGZE with an aim of about 200 - 250 Kw or so.
- TRD coilovers, wilwood brakes, Enkei rims, blah, blah, blah.
- Every Japanese factory option I can find.
- A HEAP more, but I could write an essay on what is done so far and what's to come.

The Audio:

Design and build wall
Get amps
More power for the front stage
4 200ah/250ah batteries in the rear
2 220a/250a alts
Loads of 0g
Fibreglass door cards to fit 2 sets of dotechs
3-4 builk packs of deadener

The Car:
Evo3 front bar
Fake FMIC
Genuine Libero rear bar w/ apron
Libero rear spoiler
Evo3 skirts
LiberoGT nudge bar
New tyres for the 18's
Re-tint windows
Vinyl wrap interior plastics
Re-carpet
New roof lining w/ downlights
Get some dents removed and possibly a repaint. GSR bonnet definitely needs one.
Angel eyes

Cant do much if any engine work due to P-Plates, but after off them I have a rebuilt 4G93T with ECU, Loom, Turbo. Unsure if want to turbo it or turn into an N/A beast.

Going to be the most pimped out 1992 Lancer wagon ever xD

Get the damn thing back on the road again!

Fit new turbo, new wastegate, new headers, and dump pipe
Fit LSD when it bloody arrives
Sort out engine management system - switch to fuel control and tune
Put dash back together
Steel rims widened (7" - 8")
Finish boot install
Replace brakes (RDA disc rotors are RUBBISH)
New DSP
New speakers (waiting to arrive)

- The list goes on...

Honestly I don't see him as much as I would like. He's busy working most of the time.. lol.. I should tell him to log on and say hi xD

Also Capt, I have a Rebuilt GSR engine with turbo, loom & ecu.. Only problem is P-Plates make it a non-option at the moment :(

My first ever MEA meet was with Steve go karting. I haven't seen him in I'd say 4 years! Tell him to log in would be good to hear from him!

What did he do to his wagon dare I ask?
