with the volume of the inverted cone added, and the thickness of the baffle, you could be up close to 1 cu.ft.
A cubic foot? I don't think so old mate...
Sorry to be the bringer of woe but I don't think this enclosure solution is going to end well - dacron or no dacron. Its a very small box fitted with a subwoofer with very modest output potential powered by a low amount of power in a very solid car. Don't get your hopes up is all I'm saying.
