Hi

l got a Lancer Evo 5, the stereo is a double din head unit, wanted to know are all double din head units the same size or will some not fit ?
Also does anyone know somewhere l can purchase the fitting so l can fit just a single din head unit into my Evo 5?

Din is a standard of sizing. All double din units should be the same, unless you get something really oddball. Aerpro should make a facia that will fit your car, either double din or single din with a pocket underneath.

As stated, "din" is a universal fitting size and as such most units should fit your vehicle.

Check with your local car audio store, stinger, aerpro or DNA should have a fascia or pocket to suit your vehicle.
