For some reason i had 2 people mention ICQ today, so i downloaded and signed back in..
i found this..

Not many on here would remember these guys any more, was quite a few of the early moderating team.
Half these guys i don't believe get on here any more, i still talk to one or two now and then..
Adam (GMHVNS) unfortunately is no longer with us

Would love to see some of these guys at a meet one day, at least the ones from VIc

Quite a few of those actually still login from time to time.
What you have to remember though, this particular hobby sees people come and go through it with a span of about 5 years.
Generally, it's when they get there first or second car and they simply grow out of it. You've done it yourself too fudd
We've had a few generations through since those early days now.

Would have though Juice-E and DCStraight would be on there, or even PuRpS, Andu, who was that guy with the black Astra who got into SPL pretty quickly, or Marc with the Mirage?

Juice-E i had on MSN, Purps i think i had on there too, i still have Mista-bishi - Marc on it, still have a chat once now and then

Yeah you're right, I had 0 motivation to install a stereo in my last car. It would appear this one will be different.

my next car will have a decent stereo, but will be a 'go to phatt, get it installed, tuned and thats all that will happen' and will pretty basic.

I have somewhat fond memory's of you coming to Melbourne, we jumped in your old mans fairlaine to go somewhere from VicRoads and you booted it around the round about getting the arse out until the traction control kicked in and nearly put us into the roundabout,, was pretty funny!
