Yes, it does make it more difficult. We typically compensate by raising our judging volume by a small amount.

It's the same here at my place I was hoping very much that it wasn't the same up there! Although there is a chance I may not compete tomorrow, on the way to pick my sister up I went through a puddle I did not see on the road and water splashed up and long story short the engine was running on less than 6 cylinders so the car was vibrating like crazy luckily it was 5 meters from home and hopefully it will dry out by the morning and I won't have to replace a coil!

I was gunna head out for a look but unfortunately i wont be able to.

There's no way im gunna bring my 2 year old along in this kind of weather for the day, and that's the only option i've got to get there.

I found the drive up there and back quite enjoyable even though I thought i'd be rather bored. Must be the fact that it was 110 most of the way along the M1 was a really easy drive.
