I'm looking at upgrading the RF FNQ tweeters I currently have with my Dyn mids, but I'm unsure whether its worth the extra going for the MD100's.
Can anyone help at all?

Selling Fudd an amp (for a fraction of the real price) that had been returned by Autobarn Geelong which had been incorrectly used by AB Geelong and turned out to be faulty when Fudd started using it.
Whilst he was given a new amp after it could not be fixed, he never acknowledged any of the assistance given and bitches to this day about it.

the xt tweeter is extremely large and hard to fit
the md100 is a lot smaller and works extremely well (this is my pick due to ease of installation)
both are good tweeters. To get better you have to spend serious $$$$ extra

For $100 a pair, it's consider the cheapest "Super Tweeter Status"
Scan Speak D2905/9700 and Eton Adventure A1-160 runned by
Phass HP 4.75
IDmax 12" runned by Rockford Fosgate 1000BD

At the moment I'm running MD100's active with Morel mids (upgrading to Supremos for next year though)
I havent had any problems with the Dyn's and would highly recommend them. Depending on how much I like the Supremos I may consider sticking with the MD100's.
Hopefully not though. Which may mean MD100 moving up to ambients... Mmm
