Can these be compared at all? or are they way different from eachother?
I'm looking at upgrading the RF FNQ tweeters I currently have with my Dyn mids, but I'm unsure whether its worth the extra going for the MD100's.
Can anyone help at all?

XT25's. Bobby D will swear by em, and he has trophys to back it up.

QUOTE (RMA @ Feb 6 2010, 01:22 AM) My only regrets are:
Selling Fudd an amp (for a fraction of the real price) that had been returned by Autobarn Geelong which had been incorrectly used by AB Geelong and turned out to be faulty when Fudd started using it.
Whilst he was given a new amp after it could not be fixed, he never acknowledged any of the assistance given and bitches to this day about it.

anything is better than the rf stuff you have

the xt tweeter is extremely large and hard to fit

the md100 is a lot smaller and works extremely well (this is my pick due to ease of installation)

both are good tweeters. To get better you have to spend serious $$$$ extra

MD100's are awesome tweets. And much easier to install than the larger tweets.

Both are good options.

I'll choose the Vifa, since it's much cheaper than the MD 100 !

For $100 a pair, it's consider the cheapest "Super Tweeter Status" :)

I like the sound of the Vifas in Bobby's car... dunno about his installation technique :P but hey... it's in there and it's doing it's job... getting 1st place tropies in Pro Street.

Yeah Bobby how do you drive with your tweets so close to your foot?

At the moment I'm running MD100's active with Morel mids (upgrading to Supremos for next year though)

I havent had any problems with the Dyn's and would highly recommend them. Depending on how much I like the Supremos I may consider sticking with the MD100's.

Hopefully not though. Which may mean MD100 moving up to ambients... Mmm
