I know where you can get a 6 stacker prestige sound unit from an XR6 for $300. So you will have the blue illumination, but the small screen.
There is a member on the fordxr6turbo.com forums selling one. Perfect base for modding

BTW what size are the premium factory screens???

I haven't measured it, but it's slightly smaller than the 7" my Pioneer deck has. Closest common size I know of for LCDs would be a 6.4"

Hey, I read your post about how to install a deck. How can I install a Amp and Sub to the original CD player

Thank you

Pete

two options.

1 - Get your ICC modded to have RCA outputs
2 - Run hi-lo converters to convert the speaker outputs to RCA level for amps.
2a - (same as above) get amps that take high (speaker) level inputs.

Accessories wire.

Or if you have premium sound already, the stock amp in the boot has all the wires you need.

Do someone have a pic of the ICC unit plug for speakers showing wire colors ? Standard single disc system (no Premium)

I got a RCA convertor that i want to install,i have plug scematics with wire no. but not been behind unit to see where and how much wire there is.

just before i go cutting and stuff want to make sure i be doing the right things......

5x7 Infinity's x 4 (180w)
Precision Differential Convertor & line out convertor (4 Channel)
Amp 50Wx4 (RESPONSE PRECISION 4 X 50WRMS CLASS AB AMPLIFIER )

maybe a Subwoofer later.
