hello :good:

i spent several months planning a complex door install, but my health has not been great and i don't want to continue doing the work myself any more.i would like to know what the users of this board think is the best place to have it installed.i need the place to

1.be good at communicating and listening to my ideas on what i am after

2.produce good quality work

i need the place to be in the north of the state from burnie to launceston.i do know of the old stores nws,car accessory etc but i don't know if any new ones are in business these days.any help would be much appreciated. :)

AutoOne / Battery World in Burnie has a pretty good guy on their team (his name escapes me at the moment) from what i've heard, am reasonably sure they still do installs.
He personally owns a JVC demo car, which he set up himself, fair bit of custom work and looks the goods (and sounds awesome!).
If they still do installs, there's no telling how 'custom' they are willing to go for customers either, a lot of places are the same.

Other than that, there's really bugger all unless you know a good backyarder.

What car have you got, what exactly are you looking to get installed and how?

Shows I need to get out more.
Last time I went in there, to get some ring terminals, whoever it was told me that Jerry had shut the place down and they were expanding their antique furniture thingy.

Don't think i've been down that street since :P

for security reasons i will just say that i have a sedan.i want a set of focal utopia 165w 3 ways installed,(they are no longer produced but i think i can get my hands on a set).i would like the 6 inch installed in the door in a custom panel that intergrates with my door handle (not an easy task!!).and the 4 inch and tweeter in the kicks.i have already written/drawn what i want the install to look like and have even made a cardboard model of the door buildout which should save the installers a bit of time when it comes to figuring out what i want.
