if you found the serial number, just let us know. but do not show or list the serial number here. or you may take a photo and black the number. otherwise, we may not buy that cheap dyn anymore. dyn will use that serial number to chase the seller and stop supplying dyn product to that reseller.

Just checked out that link to the Rainbows.

Is it just me, or does that box look like it's been kicked multiple times and thrown around a room

Thanks very much PHD, this is my living you are talking about here, but as long as you can keep getting your cheap Dyns then thats OK!

These speakers are coming out of Singapore and I am already in discussion with Dynaudio to have this problem resolved. I have a set on the way and will be able to track the speakers back to the distributor via the serial number, which by the way requires the speaker to be disassembled.

Hutch. i have a question. why this dyn can sell that cheap which you cannot or even closer. i think your distributor prices would be as same as other distributors all around the world. i do not think that ebay seller want to lose profit. is your price cannot become more competitive with ebay seller? this is no any offence in this thread. i just want to know why Asia countries can sell gears that cheap which Australia cannot.
