Hey dere :clapping:

As I was looking through the other regional forums I saw they have these day events, installer day where come together and well install some stuff and help each other out and meet and greet day.

Well I reckon we should hold a meet and greet day just about maybe a week before the soundoff. It will put faces to names so we don't have to go around on soundoff day going "you hear for the soundoff, whats your name?". Also we could talk about what to do and what to expect on the day and maybe help each other tuneup your system to make sure its ready for the soundoff.

Now what we have to work out is what to have, where to have it and at what day. I'm thinking maybe a barbie or drinks at a club or something, if we were a bbq maybe at somebody place or some venue and what day, I'm thinking weekend like a Saturday or Sunday.

Post in if you like to be in it and add some suggestion on what, where and when to have it.

Regards
Stewart.

Sounds good :good:

A BBQ somewhere would be good, also some quite drinks at a bar probably not a club, bit loud etc.

I am free any afternoon except fridays, and free on sat after ~4:30.

Also if it fits in maybe people would like to meet at the soundoff location before we head on to the BBQ/drinks at a bar, in hope that we can bounce a few ideas off of each other as to how the location will be/can be set up on the day of the sound off?

If we do it on a sunday i can volunteer my shed at coconut grove industrial village, it hasnt got aircon but the breeze is good. i can chuck a barbie in there too and by then it should have all my sound gear in it for me to start putting into my commodore...

Well hell I'm set  if it's cool with everybody Luke's shed, Sunday. Bring some snag, chops and esky full of piss :yahoo: . Now the only thing we have to worry about is when the soundoff on.

Lindsay we can scope the soundoff place out, maybe we should do it after the bbq(if we're not too piss  ) that way anybody whos coming will all be there at the same time instead of going there before the bbq because we might not know where to meet each other or when each of us arrive.

It's all good mate :good: , we haven't really decided on location let alone a date the event to be held so I think it would be weeks before we work it all out so don't hurry yourself to clean it ;) .

I got some spare MDF, how much would you need roughly?
