first question, does the inner voice coil area need to be enclosed in its own area.lets say sealed ?..........zion

say what?

Most coils are vented through the magnet. Not sure if thats from a SQ point of view, but it does assist in cool air getting into the coil area

the Peerless XXLS vent through holes in the cone next to the spider, so no hole in the back plate.

To reduce temperature, yes? Or better yet, keep a stable temp.? Stable temp. means the voice coil's electrical properties stay the same (or should I say vary only slightly), yes?

Speaker design is way over my head. It all seems too simple but it's obviously not.

Not having a vent is a great way to blow off dust caps!

Put some duct tape over your pole vent and crank it up!

Question2 - voice coils that have thinner wire compared to thicker wire, what results could i expect to see from both examples.
Question3 - More or less coils for each example in question 2 ......cors

Thinner wire means lower power handling, but greater efficiency. More coils in the magnetic gap.

More or less coils for what? I have six coils, none vented, small wire. I like it.

the thickness of the wire in regards to power handling is also proportional to the length of the coil ie more turns. The more turns their are the higher the moving mass so this decreases the efficiency but increases the power handling. Its all a trade off.

narrower gap = higher flux density, but less coils cut by the field.
bigger diameter voice coil = more coil in gap, but same trade-off - increased mass.

bigger (or stonger) magnet = more flux = better efficiency. (more expensive)
