This will all be run from a W200RI with the 701 processor. And there will be the regular add-ons such as Ipod and Digital Tv Tuner.
So, as you can see, there's a few nice bits there but i still have to make a decision on amps.
Keep in mind this is just the proposed system and not necessarily what will end up in the car....

I use the JL 'Slash' series for front stage - reasonably small footprint, and sound quite ok to me - but noone else I've seen uses them; so far it's just my opinion.

It's interesting reading all the different accounts of the Tru company, my fave is the Tru guy calling the Abyss HU a pos and then some other guy comes along who obviously has some experience with high end gear and gives his opinion off it, it's all rather interesting and funny, but in either case aslong as they make good stuff who gives a damn.

p.s. english Abyss website http://en.iabyss.co.kr/ it's a bit slow and tempermental though, check the gallery there is some stuff that makes you go wow, actually the whole site makes me go wow.....

Sorry about O/T
I like the look of the Billet amps too. So unless you upgrade to Coppers Wood, go the Billets (but add the valve line driver anyway!!

Its all about the music. Always has been, always will be. Im here for the music.

I'm contemplating about the Billet's amps as my next upgrade (still a while away). Haven't heard much about other people's experiences with them though.
Also sorry about o/t also

So by the same reasoning, when you are in the market for a sports car you wouldn't buy a Ferrari or Maserati because you don't like the way the importer sells their product. Gees

I've done a direct comparison at the shop one day. The cars were Phat Devils Camry and Drews TWEAKD ute. To be fair, Anthony hadnt installed his esotar tweeters at that stage and had 240 GTs , but Drews system fed by the Trus won easily. I'll list in point form, tis easier:
- the 240GTs were running off an Alpine MRV-F545 (I think?) and were getting at least 120w RMS per side
- compared to the Trus, the 240GTs running off Alpine amps lacked authority and snap, lacked punch, and lost a ton of detail. The signature Dyn sonics were still there - natural airy unforced presentation, but they didnt sparkle nearly as much as the Trus
- the 362s are a better speaker than the 240s, and wont be done justice running on Alpine imo. I'm sure the PDX are a great amp and would do the job, in the end it depends just how much detail you want to reproduce.

Is Rma i distributor or a retailer??
Now, i have always had the impression that he was a distributor. If this is the case, every transaction he makes through this website is a transaction he either takes off his own retailers or retailers that stock other gear. Undermining both his and everybody elses business.
Am i wrong???
Ian, Tanx for the opinion.
I have a pretty good idea that the Tru's will kill the Pdx's for sound but i still have a pretty big doubt over the space they take up.
At this point, if I use the Pdx's they can be stealthy mounted underneath the front seats. The subs would be fibreglassed into boxes on either side of the boot area leaving me with the ability to fold down the rear seats and have a bulk amount of space.
If i go with the Tru's, the likelyhoods are that they will have to be mounted across the car (from side to side) losing me the abililty to use that fold down capablity...

Are you designing a Car Audio system that blows you away, or something that makes some decent sound and is easy to install??
