Can anyone recommend what the best settings would be? i.e What Hz would i run the Low Pass at, High Pass for front and rears and also the Sub etc

There is no real easy way to suggest which settings to use over a forum like this. You really need to be sitting in the driver's seat to see how the varying settings affect the sound, and thus determine which settings work the best for your specific system.

There is a way u can get a reference to start your fine tunning.

Get a testtone disc with lost of tones.
disconnect your sub , put on a 60hz tone at about a loud talking volume, the idea is to turn the Hp filter to where your ears recognise that the 60hz has definatly started to be filtered out, so thats point (A), then turn the Hp filter the other way untill you definatly know that the 60hz tone is not being filtered out, thats point ©. now in the middle of point A and point C is Point (B) and thats could be a good starting point for the Hp filter.

Same with the sub , disconnect your fronts and put on 80hz tone and do the samething, point (A) is where the 80hz tone is definatly being filtered, point © is where u know its definatly not being filtered , and point (B) is the middle ground.
Its a starting point for your ears to register 60hz and 80hz tones and how your filters respond to tunning.........cors
