I`ve just separated my tweeter from the woofer and am wondering if there is a decorative insert to put into the tweeter bolt hole? Checked bostons site but no reference to splitting the unit.

i could be wrong tho...

generally it wont be seen anyways with the grill covering it, or behind a stock door trim or similar...
