I was looking at getting a Rockford Fosgate amp, as it was a good price and seemed to meet my requirements power-wise and give me head room. Now looking closer at the specs, I noticed the Freq range was only 20Hz-20kHz? The speakers I was looking at running run up to 28kHz. Would this amp actually stop producing those upper freqs? Would I miss those freqs or are they too high for the human ear?
Amp was wither a Punch P400-2 or the Power T400-2.

good human hearing is said to only be able to hear between 20Hz - 20kHz.
You generally don't hear anything below 25-30Hz, you feel it. Most also won't really be able to hear anything higher than 16-18kHz.
The '20-20kHz' spec of the amp is just a standard measure - it will of course be able to reproduce signals outside this range.
And you won't be 'running your speakers up to 28kHz' - again, that's just a manufacturer's spec to try and wow the consumer.

Thanks mate, pretty much what I figured, just wanted to check with you guys before I made the leap.
I was just listing what they were rated to, I was not claiming that I listen to those freqs.
Thanks again for the quick, easy and complete answer. This has to be one of the best forums, regardless of topic, as far as genuine responses and info. Cheers.
