nah dont waste money on the rears, your rear coax are already good enough for rear-fill duties.
Do you feel they arent good enough or something? Maybe disconnect the rears and play just the front, and compare that to when the rears are going. Might help you decide exactly what the rears are doing for you and whether you really wanna upgrade them.
Personally once i disconnected mine they havent gone back in

i'd keep them.
if you upgrade the front splits to better ones or 3 ways, move the front splits to the back, btw 6.5" speakers screw straight in at the back
basically when you're happy with the front stage, if you like a stronger rear fill, upgrade the rears to suit your tastes.

id suggest focusing on the front stage, get it as good as you can, then try rear fill. while i dont really like rears myself, they do sometimes make a welcome improvement, they can raise your stage height, add depth and dimenstion to vocal images, lift your stage 'off the dash' so its floating - and if your tricky it can even assist in fortifying your centre image.
MAYBE, just maaaaaaybe, you can persuade me to sell you my old pioneer ts-c1620 bullets. they would be identical to yours, and put out back and EQ'ed a bit, would aid in fluidity and coherance.
