to make the most of what you got, it comes back to installation.
what problems are you having?
properly angling your speakers is a very important part of installation, as well as an appropriately tuned/sized sub box.
this about all you can do without spending money,

sit in your car and listen critically, where is your sound stage?
would reangling/repositioning tweeters/mids help to move this sound stage to where you would prefer it?

All the basics are there for a nice-sounding system, so as Mr-Bob says it's all about a thorough and thoughtful installation, the type that chews up your time rather than your money

it was mentally calculated, which i guess is an educated guess. we had a fair idea of what angles were better, and did what he could from there, in a car that's used everyday, it's not practical to build pods for perfect angling, they'd be too damn big and heavy, hard to construct and flimsy.
not to mention they'd hit my seats and my legs etc.

we sat in the car and looked at where the speakers were aimed,
auditioning the speakers at different angles is near impossible, especially since without first constructing the pod, the speaker has no enclosure and sounds pretty average

tweeters are much easier to audition for optimum placement, and once the pod is in, the chase for the tweeter place will be on.

i had the pioneer bullets in my car for about a year. for the money, quite a nice sounding speaker set, vibrant, lively with great transient response and engaging to listen to. the only major gripe i had with them was the bright and slightly uncontrolled tweeter. setting the attenuator to -3db helped, but i had them at glass height (a bit of a no-no for a primary tweeter array) so you will do better by keeping them below dash height. i also found these speakers midranges sounded better when mounted on an MDF baffle in the door that was deadened, midbass body and attack were significantly improved - but this goes for any speaker

just my own biased opinion - your gear is all great and will be fine for good SQ - just focus on the front speakers and the sub/subbox and how they are setup as these are what make up 90% of your end result (i find).
