I am chasing some opinions as to what front stage amp I should use.
I will be running the Clarion SRS1750HX 6.5inch splits in the front stock locations (bottom of front doors behind door trim) and sound deadening the doors.
The 2 amps that I am tossing between are the V-Net 450 (4x50WRMS) or V-Net 2100 (2x100WRMS).
The amp will be deadicated to running the front stage only, atm it will just be those splits, possibly could be an upgrade to a 3-way front stage with 8's, 6.5's and tweets in the future.
Which would be the best way to go ?

Ive got a VNET 2100 running my Infinity splits up front. Not a bad amp. Does put out a fair amount of power.

power wise they will be about the same (the 450 when bridged will prolly be a tad more)
I'm mainly talking about power -vs- channels ETC

Unless you have a reason to use 4 channels, go the 2100.
HU power is fine for rear-fill.
Foe subs, a dedicated amp is MUCH better than 2 50watt channels bridged.....

yeah that's my plans critter.
the rear-fill will run off the h/u, I will ahve 2 dedicated sub amps, and the dedicated front stage amp

what's your budget and are you limited to these 2 amps?
you'd probably want around 60+WRMS on tap per channel. if not a clarion, but you also want top value, look at either coustic or cadence. from there you could step up to an alpine V12, hertz, PG tantrum or audison SRx.

hee, hee, ok, how about the better series APX201-2 2x50WRMS amp? should be nicer than the VNET models.

Get the two channel. If you're planning on upgrading to a 3way front set-up, then you can add another amp specifically for the 8's later.
While a bridged 4 channel might work well ATM, I don't think 4 x 50 will provide the grunt for a bi-amped 3way system.

I thought about that, but my sub amps will be the V-Net 4150's and I would prefer to keep them all in the same series for the install
