Below are the specs of the jaycar 2x150 but what it doesnt tell me is if the amps are 2ohm stable bridged?
As i want to run 2 12" eclipse subs each with their own 2x150.
Specifications
- Power/channel @ 4 ohm: 150 W RMS x 2
- Power/channel @ 2 ohm: 230 W RMS x 2
- Power output (Bridged 4ohm): 450 W RMS x 1
- Frequency Response: 20-30Khz ± 1db
- Total harmonic distortion: Less than 0.08% @ 1kHz
- Input sensitivity: 200mV to 3.5V
- S/N ratio: Better than 80db @ 1kHz
- Quiescent current: 0.86A
- Maximum current: 56A. - Damping factor: 136
- Size 402(L) x 266(W) x 57(H)mm

from what I understand no they are not 2ohm stable bridged. But people do run them at 2ohm bridged without any problems.
I have also heard rumors that there is a mod you can do to the amp and it will run 2ohm stable bridged

not 2ohm stable bridged,
but there is a mod that will make them less likely to blow at 20hm bridged i believe

each channel seperatly is 2ohm stable but when bridged it is only 4ohm(mono)stable.
There is a mod but it isn't recommend as the warrenty is voided and you can have problems.
