I have a symmetry that has all the same features as the later one. Except it has 2 x 14 channel eq.
I see others talking about the later ones having a 28 channel card. Does this mean it can be upgraded?
Any idea of price?

Symmetry EPX2 was available with the option of 14 or 28-band EQ cards. If you have one of these you can potentially upgrade it, but I doubt A-Z Trading would have any 28 band card as they became distributors for the brand way after this product finished production. You could call them and they can possibly order one for you from RF in Arizona. Or you could try Ebay USA.

Wow, just checked Ebay USA and those aren't worth much anymore. About $180 will get you one at auction. If you can get rid of the noise floor problems it may make a good cheap pre-amp and crossover!
