ive read on various forums here taht basically the onli difference between the vrx and lrx range is that the vrx range is able to go down to 1ohm stable. If this is correct, why is it that the Vrx cost so much more, and what justifications do ppl make when they buy it. Im open to all opinions, and was just curious as i am currently on the market for a 2 channel amp.

I'd imagine the SQ of the VRX to be signifficantly better then the LRX. Also the VRX tend to have more features then their LRX counterparts.

They also have endless crossover options... but I'm no expert...

the EX comes with lots of modules,
including parametric EQ, and subsonic filter, crossovers, you name it.
the normal VRx comes with nothing... perfect if you have a processor or outboard crossover, as there isn't anything else to colour the sound.
being 1 ohm stable also provides extra headroom.
also, the equivalent VRx model has more power...
(compare LRx2.150 to VRx 2.150)
i think the LRx is 2X80WRMS the VRx is 2X110WRMS

the price difference isn't as big as it used to be either.
