Who do all you good fellas at CAA know that can help me repair it, that also happen to be based in Sydney or NSW.

What do you mean by Slope? and Wrong?

When i think of slope i think db/octive, but you could mean the freq slope.

Whats the problem -

Do you want a steeper or shallower slope? For what reason?

Or did they use a butterworth even order slope and resulting in an unwanted 3db peak at the crossover frequency?

Or did they not take into account the actual impedance (at around the crossover frequency) resulting in a slope that rolls off completely wrong, possibly with a peak at the crossover frequency?

Or were the components used completely out of spec, so the rolloff is incorrect?

Or something else?

Design passive crossover on car is not easy, you must use complete tolls like RTA,and know the basic on speaker placement and car acoustic room to found coorect crossover design for best sound reproduction on car audiophile.Good luck
