have you had a look here- www.audiocontrol.com
download the owners manual on that eq. has all the info you need before you buy.

i have one. beautiful piece of machinery

new cost $1200

fairly easy to use, but slow compared to having just hit the dials on the eqt.

features over the EQT include:-
1. its basically a pair of EQTs (ie stereo)
2. 30band graphic + 2 band parametric EQ
3. 8 user memories
4. remote control avail soon (maybe now?)
5. inbuilt Line driver (dont know if the eqt has this, i assume it does)
6. memory settings remains even when unit is removed from car.

extremely clean sound no buzz no hiss. i've got it feeding a pair of alpine 1507s powering focal utopia 3 way splits. crisp, tight, doesn't take anything away from the sound (once line driver configured correctly)

its what you expect from AudioControl. no problems, oh and you must read the manual it's a corker!

they come in yellow or "titanium" silver. good luck getting the silver one.... it also retails for much more.

i recommend it, but don't see any particular reason for wanting to move from the EQTs.

only thing to be careful of is the memory restore and saving page...play with this before you need to load or save anything.

its simple to use- theres only 5 buttons.

mmm, i have had good luck with the old EQT's, which are set and forget. excellent results. but i can imagine the digital unit being more flexible with thwe presets. much of a muchness. good luck, nice gear
