Hey...

Need advice.
Need to decide on a sub.

Now I sold my 12" PG Titanium for the reason I'm lacking midbass from my Space 6 in the doors.

I'm thinking of getting the 12" Orion P-series sub to complete my boot install.

I dont know how the sub is going to sound, but the way I see it, is if it doesnt sound good, then I can upgrade to a different sub - most likely a custom Total Recoil sub.

Alternatively - I can get 10" sub or 2 which is the largest speaker from a 6.5". 2 sizes up.
This would provide a better 'blend' or 'transition' between the midbass woofer and sub.

Now the Space 6 appear to lack that bit of midbass but on my new head unit, I've been playing around with time correction and the sub seems to fill in for the midbass - which is not what I should aim for, but it does work. Thats with the 12" by the way.

Anyway, after your opinions...I want the most out of my setup...whats the best way to go?

I know I'll be asked to get better front stage, but thats not possible...so please dont suggest that.

I know if I go 12" now I can upgrade my front stage at a later stage, but the sub/boot install will be the most expensive part so I wanna get at least that correct now than later.

Thanks
LongWay
I'm gonna recomend an Image IDQ 12" in 1.2 cubes(sealed)..give it 300w and you will have your problem solved
