pretty newbie when it comes to subs, but what is the difference between the 2000a and 3500c for purely SQ?

are there any models between that?

how much (RRP) are they?

do they come in DVC?

and how much power would be needed to hit their sweetspot (once again for SQ not for sql or anything)?

The 2000 series handle 500Wrms, whereas the 3500s handle 1600Wrms. The 3500s look more impressive thanks to their cast frame and massvie motor assembly.

Both subs deliver clean, controlled, detailed bass, the 3500 can give you more of it.

3500s are generally used by people who want a lot of output without the weight or space used by multiple woofers.

If you don't plan on running more than 500W per sub, the 2000 will do you fine.

I used the 2000 series for a few months and was very impressed with their ability.

Only fault I came up with, was that they didnt like huge amounts of power. anythin above 600wrms and they start to become a little unhappy. but for a low powered system they're fantastic

and better still, my old ones are actually being sold by the person who bought them off me, so you can get yourself a bargain!!

Yes the 2012 and 2010 come in 4 ohm SVC only, the 3500s come in dual 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 4.0 ohm
