Hi,
I am aware of the various bridging techniques but not sure which one is applicable for my 4-channel Philips DAP amplifier. I bought it off a pal and he lost the manual. I have 2 channels free that I wish to bridge for my single sub-woofer. Thanks in advance for any replies.Text

just bridge it like a normal 2 channel amp, since you are just bridging 2 channels together

on the 2 free channels, you will have the terminals either -+-+ +-+-

you just connect the sub to the +'ve and -'ve on the outside

eg, *-*+-*+* or *+*-+*-*

make sense?

youll only be able to bridge on set of channels if yours is anything like mine.

Thanks for all the replies. I got it bridged properly now. It sounds much better than it was before with only 80 watts RMS. Thanks again.
