wagons can get pretty loud

obvious suggestions are an SPL tuned box

(I'd try rear loading and subs up, ports back)

lots of power, high excursion subs etc

Your in the same boat as me with having large cabin area thats needs to be compressed. I have tried many different types of setups and for daily driving there is nothing better than your car body shaking and windows chattering to bone chilling bass or a huge box rear loaded, but i have also tried a bif ported box front loading with baffles firing into my cabin on my VAN and one word for that was simply.........."POP"....................

so you have two optins like BA said, many big subs big power rear loaded or just 1-2 subs walled or baffled with big power as well, actually just do what you like and make sure you give your gear plently of power

I run a laser SW 1990 with subs and ports on same face rear loaded(subs facing streight back)You dont need the best subs on earth but plenty of power always helps and a well tuned box.
