This is from the post below, Multi amps onto a SVC 10" sub....

Does anyone know how to do this and what will be required and the limitations on what kind of amps can be strapped together????????

Diagrams or pics would be nice

if you want to get a really knowledgable answer, search in the richard clark forum archive on www.carsound.com and ask in richard clarks forum

it IS possible, but its generally more trouble than its worth

I'd just recommend you sell your current amps and then buy a bigger amp

...or buy something like DEI1100's, or the crossfire 1kw BMF amp. Of course, both of these amps can be bought in a larger heatsink, already strapped, to save you the trouble of setting it up...

Main advantage is you can buy 1 amp now, and get the other later if you need more powa. Plus if you got quad voice coils, 8 amps on 1 sub just looks so cool

I think earbleeder is attempting to bridge multiple Philips amps together.

This is definiately a no go!
