OK well after finding out the two boxes my strokers are currently in, dont fit into the back of my wagon by about 4 Inches, i figure it is nearly time to build a new box and sell the old ones.

OK i think i have come up with a design that hopefully will work, but just have a few questions, here goes:
1) It will be 6 cf big after displacement in total for the two subs, does this sound about right(3 cubes each)?

2) I am planning to make one big box to save on space and material and making two ports. Is this OK to do? (eg. like Andu's)

3) The port will be square, centered, and will be measured 11 x 6 Inches and 15 Inches deep which i think will tune the box to 33Hz. Is this ok for strokers? and will it be ok for daily music?

4) When building a single chamber box for two subs does the way it is tuned change at all or not? e.g. Bassbox says it will be tuned to 33Hz whether i say the box has 1 or 2 subs, it doesn't change!)

Didn't u have some issues with one of those subs? like need to get repaired? if so I wouldn't put them in a common enclosure... but if they are identical then common enclosure is fine.

yes tuning will be same for 1 or 2 subs... but the peak note will be higher for the 2 sub setup I believe

Yer one of them has jus had the spiders replaced and voice coil aligned. Thanx for that advice Andu.

Just rang total recoil today for the 4th time to see if it was ready and finally it is, but i have to wait till i can get out there to pick it up to see how it sounds.

Well in that case I would be building a dual chamber box with 2 slot ports in the middle against the divider

The peak note will be slighty higher for 2 subs, but this is really only noticeable when the cabin is very small (ie extreme).

I've found with Stoker 15s, make the box as big as possible and tune to suit. I haven't used any 12s however but they are similar animals.

167 subs will be leaving the USA in 2-3 weeks, shipping 4-6 weeks
