this depends on wat the purpose is
SPL vs. SQ
to keep it simple keep it to a largish sealed box which is tuned pretty low
winISD is wat you are looking for

u dont have to build to jaycars specs
wateva shape u want if the volume corresponds to the tuning its all good
i might wanan tune the box to 38hz
thats my suggestion...
wat car is it going in
after u determine the volume, u can use winisd to determine the dimensions
FOR example u know the width of your boot, you can type that in, type in the depth and winisd can calc the length etc etc...

I did a quick model for the CS2350 (Is that the right model # for the 15" Venoms?)
If you can get 3ft3 (85L)per sub then you could use two ports per sub. Each one 4"W x 17.18"L (102mm W x 436mm L) and this would tune the box at 33.58hz and give you an F3 of 33.78hz. Basically it mean it would sound pretty damn good and play pretty low!
If not you could do something smaller Let me know hat sorta size you have available...

70litres sealed per sub. Those subs really dont sound the best ported. You will still get heaps of bass out of them in a sealed box.

hey,
i have 2 15" venoms in a 50L sealed box for each sub(i.e. 100L total).
I have them in the back of a KE laser and they fit easily except i can't put my parcel shelf in cause they are too high.
And they do sound really good and go pretty loud in that box.
I'm also thinking about selling it soon too....
