I currently have my 15" Kicker sub in a 3.8Cube enclosure tuned too 28Hz.

I was wondering if i tune it a bit higher like to maybe 38Hz or sumfin round that area would it get louder and what would the sound quality be like??

It kranks as it is but i got told u get louder and better s/q if u tune it higher ??

It should get slightly louder, however you will lose SQ..

It does of course depend on the subs specs and with higher Q (eg your sub..) subs as well as having a lower Fs, lower tuning will sound better in my opinion.

But by all means try it if you want..
