I was just thinking, that the definition of a slot port is a port using one of the walla of the enclosure... So, what if you're using 2 or 3 walls? does it change anything?

There is a correction factor built in to software such as BassBox 6 PRO etc.
The difference in required port length is quite small, and you will be testing varying lengths to optimise SPL anyhow.
So don't panic!

Yes there will be a difference - but the difference won't be nearly as significant.. Plus as Phil said you will be testing different lengths anyway.
