Saw that JL have released the W3 10 Version 2, has anyone any opinions on these?

Nobody has really used these subs for SPL purposes, they're more of an SQ sub...

managed to hit 135.4 on the re-calibrated doran meter (set to get same readings as CAADB termlab) with 1 12"W3

DD's or any of the other exotic brands out there. to get loud with small diameter subs you need high excursion.

Yeah;
Treo, DD, Beyond Audio, JL W7's, Shocker, RE, etc etc... but expensive, more so than the JL W3's anyways....
