I'm getting an IDMAX sub soon and i'm considering going with an all ID install.

Has anyone heard the ID Chameleon CXS62 or CXS64 splits? 6.5" 2 Way splitz?

How do they compare to say Dyn 240's or PG TI 6 COMP's?

Feedback would be sweet!

Cheers.

which dynaudio 240's are you talkin about because the 240 GT splits RRP is $999 while the 240 Esotar splits are $1,999.
the ID splits RRP is $899 btw.

i am only stating this because if you were planning on getting a pair of dynaudio 240 esotar splits and spending a couple of grand, when you maybe could of got better ID splits for a similar price and better quality.

disregard all of this if you were talking about the cheaper dynaudio splits. :?

just my 2c

Chameleons are actually quite similar to the Dyns in tonal quality but are designed with greater power handling, (the midbass is ised with horn based systems) and as such do not have the warmth of the Dyns in the lower midbass. If you are running them with a sub then that is not an issue. Power wise they can go extremely loud.
