I have a set of Scan Speak Revelator (Tweeter + Mid) and i used to run them with Butler Tube Driver... however I found it too dry so I decided to change the amp into ARC Audio but still disappointed... what do you reckon guys??? Audison??? TruTech??? Phoenix Gold???

What are the other factors like, soucre unit? EQ's? Installation? Car? etc etc

The source is Pioneer 7550 DVD... and got a build in EQ... the installation of tweeter is on the dash and mid is on the door and the rest (subs+amps) are in the boot... its in Honda Accord

Slightly off topic, but you could try moving your tweeters down to the kick panels to avoid seperation issues. It may take a bit of the harshness off the highs anyway by having a longer distance to the speakers.

Tube Driver is one of my favorite amplifiers. What crossover were you ising to drive the Scanspeaks?

Audison would give a warmer sound than the Tube Driver if that is what you are looking for. You should really try and get around and audition as many amplifiers as you can.

Is this a good thing?
You will be colouring the sound rather than amplifying the signal, moreso, but if you like it then more power to you :|

The problem that i have with the Revelator is the staging... its TOO wide... but my installer is working on it at the moment... i told him already the alternative to move the tweeter...

I'm using a custom 18 db passive crossover...

I was thinking to try the TruTech copper series but there is no distributor of TruTech in indonesia... but i'm still looking around for private importer... let see if i can audition the TruTech...
