I am looking at an amp to run my Boston Pro 4 ohm. I found one that have these specs:
makes 500WRMS ( 1000W Max ) @ 4 ohm
damping factor of >200
Sound to Noise Ratio: 100dB
Total Harmonic Distortion (1kHz): <0.06% (100Hz)
has a 50 - 250Hz @ 24dB / octave filter
Is this amp ok?
Thanx.

Sounds good! Nice steep crossover.....
What brand? What fuse rating has it got?
3x 40Amp fuses. Asking about the stats and stuff first and yes it can handle a 2 ohm load for almost 2x the power but as with most D- class the THD goes up, effiency down etc etc @ lower loads on most ( not all ) mono blocks.

The stats look good.
But whether they reflect the amp's true performance can't be confirmed without more info and probably some testing. Generally though, more reputable brands will be more stringent with their stats reporting.
