Ok, looks like i may be getting a hertz 3 way setup (8 inch, 4 inch and 1 inch tweeter)

Now, the setup will be going into a gemini........

I will be making door pods that will angle the mid and the tweeter at the opposite head rests, with the 8 inch only slightly angled (mid bass being less directional)

I've got a few otions in terms of mounting:

1. I'm pretty sure that i will be able to fit all three in the doors, with the 8 inch in the bottom corner, the 4 inch above it and the tweeter above or next to that.

2. Same as above but with the 4 inch down low beside the 8 inch and the tweeter above the 8 inch (May have seperation issues)

I have however been reading about sq setups and most opt to put midrange and tweeters in the kick panels to "equalise the distance" amongst other advantages.

Considering it is a gemini, and real estate is limited as it is, and there is not much leg room to start with and there will be many obstacles in the path of kick panel mounted speakers, is it still worth it??

Or, can anyone suggest any other sq mounting options for a small car?
