How are you going to power those 4 subs with that amp?
pingpong

What brand are you looking at for the horns? I only ask because comparitively (pricewise), you are better off running a standard or higher end tweeter, eg. esotar, supremo etc. But if they are higher end horns, then that would sound reat. But that would leave the question as to why you would only run 6.5" mid-basses? If you are buying high qulity horns, they should be hitting the 500-900 hertz region. And considering the amount it looks like you are going to be spending, running a 3 way front (5-6" & 7-8") would leave you much better placed.
And as was mentioned above, that 1 amp for 4 subs doesn't sound like it will be all that competitive in the SPL front. 1 over powered 15" would go much harder than 4 underpowered 10's or 12's.
And while on that subject, why are you going the kicker amp? Obviously money not appearing a problem, why not buy multiple calibers and strap for maximum impact. That would go alright!
