Ok this may seem like a silly question but I shall ask it anyway.

My CD/DSP have S/N ratio of about 110DB.

Would it be an issue if I were to buy an amp that only has say 90 or 95dB S/N Ratio? Would it affect SQ?

No, because you would be very, very hard pressed to hear an 80db S/N, let alone 95+
