im currently running a focal access sub off a jaycar amp. the sub is rated at 400rms . so far my choice has been the audison srx2s. for no more than $550 can you get a better quality amp? if possible can you include damping factor, signal/noise ratio on amps suggested?

unless you want to buy 2nd hand.

550 is the max i can spend so theres no point telling you guys to suggest anything over.

you might be able to get a 2nd hand monoblock that puts out quite a bit of power for that price
but make sure your sub is the right impedance to get that power out of it!
