dynaudio echo

you could do an install like in the dynaudio echo, with 8" drivers and an esotar tweater on the dash. running off an high end amp.
Mr_Bob
if you're looking to put an 8" in the console, you'll be limited to which drivers fit.
the Alto Falstaff 8"
blaupunkt overdrive (i think)
or
Phase linear aliante

for SQ the single sub upfront will be sufficient,
so i suggest you do a "streetbass" setup in the boot and disable it for SQ comps.

what's your budget?

well i dont rly know my buget every month im gona get a new part for the car so i dont want parts that cost over 1k exept for the amps

would a mid bass subwoofer in the console and the splits in the doors sound ok??
ie.. for the driver he will have more mid bass coming from the center of the car (his left ear) then the right.. throwing things out of wack..

or am i totaly wrong? :?
Mr_Bob
if it's under 150Hz, it won't matter much, and most splits will play nicely to 150Hz,
for SQ comps an 8" or 10" in the dash will work great, from 150Hz - 25Hz.
NISMOgemini
interesting.. cos i have to make a new console for my car (engine conversion and the gear stick is 6 inche back) so i might look into 1 or 2 8"s in the center
