Hey guys,

Just run into a bit of a crossroads.

Basically, I was suppose to be getting 3 PPI Art amps as per my sig but the deal feel through.

Now what I want to know is, should I run my Total Recoil 3 ways active or not?

I am going to have Supremo's in the kicks, so running active would enable me to use the TR tweeters as ambients.

What should I do?

Just to add also, I have a PG 3 way active crossover sitting here ready to go.

The amps I was considering using was 2 Soundstream Van Gogh's for the 8" and 6.5" and then 2 PPI Art A200.2's for the Supremo's and TR tweets???

Anyone have an opinion on whether they will be good amp choices or not?

nothing much to said until u try and error buddy....the things abt car audio is that u must try to see which work the best......

I know, but if I buy the amps to run active and it sounds ****ty, i will loose alot of money.

Oh well, I think I might just go ahead with it.

You will love the amps...the speakers will determine how it sounds but should be more dynamic run active. I doubt you will part with the amps and you can always upgrade speakers or change them if they dont sound how you like.

heh, did u bid for those PPI amps on ebay? I saw those and was tempted but the seller is remote WA.
