hi, what do you guys think about this HU? i just got them.

does anyone know where can i get the pioneer optical cable? and does anyone know where can i convert pioneer optical cable to universal optical cable ends, so that i can use the optical otput and connect it to other device. thx
Mr_Bob
from my understanding the pioneer cable is unique and it can't (easily) be modified to suit toslink connections (i assume that's what you're referring to)
i've heard they use coaxial - optical adaptors on the ends of the cable, but i've never seen one...
TomZ
expensive...hahaha

Hi acquaz..did u email me ??? Im guessing u did...anyway Ill see what I can find out re fitting toslink. you can get the cable direct from pioneer unmodified, and then you have to get toslink added.

These are the first generation. Cost will start from $1500 for H/U, remote and processor and from there prices go up depending on whats added...
