And again which disc are the judge using for this season?
Mr_Bob
Mar 22 2005, 04:53 PM
member numbers will be issued with lanyards, in the next week or 2.
we'll be using sheffield labs my disc. the official copy hasn't arrived yet, but I can source one locally if needed.
we are also allowed to use other discs for testing, and i expect we will be. this will probably include Alpine's First encounter, and some music CD's if we feel it's necessary to isolate any issues.

Henry, driver's seat judge will vary from category to category, and will be determined on the day. We may choose to swap seats if we feel there's a location specific attribute of the system that requires discussion.
Marc
Mar 23 2005, 08:15 AM
Generally speaking, the Head Judge will occupy the Driver's seat. But in the case of more than one team of judges, as Mr Bob said above....

OK here is a listed equipment for my car can anyone confirm that which class I am going to be in?
HU Eclispe 8454
Amp U Dimention X 2
Sub IDQ 10 V2 X 1
Speaker DLS Ireduim 6.3
Sub amp MTX 8100D
shiny_car
Mar 24 2005, 10:32 AM
that list alone obviously doesn't automatically dictate what classes you're eligible for. it will also depend on 'how' you bought them (eg: supplied/sponsored) vs 'available in australia' (you don't mention models for the U-d amps...not that i'd know them), etc.
but, from the limited info, that would qualify you for Amateur class no probs. you can elect to be 'higher' if you wish.
then again, 'presuming' you've modified some of the stuff, not sure where that leaves you.

I don't even know the model of this amp but it is the off Marcel Honda Cvic I think. the HU was brought from GL prosound with no modification. the ID 10 were brought from lifestyle store. the MTX 8100D were brought from the forum. the DLS Speaker were bought from UDC Caraudio in Bangkok. but DLS has can be brought from cartoy in WA. The reason I brought it from Oversea is that I was having a trouble communicating with them.

whilst i'm not a judge, my understanding of the rules suggests you quality for Amateur class, no probs.
