Hello out here,

was just wondering if any one has used any of the diamond audio d9 amplifiers and if so what are your thoughts on them,

i am hoping to build a SQ/L car using them

i was going to use Dynaudio front end splits ( Dyn mw170 + Dyn MD140/2 + Dyn Md330d esotar tweeters. i intend to run active / eq,d
the above will be run off of a d9 400.1 ( 4x 100 wrms)+ a 800.2 to (2 x 200wrms)
i am also planning to use 1tdx 12 sub. run of a diamond d9 800.2 bridged, this will be for sq (sealed) (800wrms)

then also another 2 tdx 12 subs slot ported tuned very low for just playing about, i will run these of a d9 2000.1 (2000 wrms)

what do you think of my ideas on equipment + can you suggest

A) a good sq cd tuner

B) a eq/ active crossover / time delay ?????????? has any body used the Alto UCS Pro

Cheers jamie @ liquid ice ( Uk)

I'm not sure how much difference there is between these and the previous D7, but AAPW Kris and Marc were selling some of the Diamond D7's in the last few months and they may still be available.

Would be a fair saving over going new.
