need help, any body ever tried Head unit Denon or any analog HU combine with processor like pxa? i like to have right staging in my car using denon, it it possible to have with pxa but without sacrafice the real narural sound from denon? i heard if denon combine with pxa, the natural of denon will be gone and the sound source will be completely different...is it?

Not having tried that combination, I couldn't say for sure, but its a distinct possibility. I have a Denon 6 Channel amp - the only reason I didn't get a Denon HU is because it was too hard to find a Denon processor, so I got a HX-D2 instead.

The 'Sound' will be completely gone when you combine the Denon with another processor, and use digital formats for transport. This is because you are no longer using the DAC in the Denon, but the one in the Processor.

Given the fact that the source will only take the pure digital information, and send it to an outboard processor, the processor will determine the 'sound' that emanates.

this is what i tought! even HU has analog output, is there any solution for this? i heard BBS processor can help this problems...any one knows the type and where to get it?
